What is your shipping policy?

Shipping

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. The SellOut strives to ship orders within 1 to 5 business days of receipt, and orders are shipped on Tuesday through Friday, except on USA Federal holidays. For domestic orders over $150 USD, we require signature confirmation upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL

Please note that all duties and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the customer. If you refuse a shipment from us, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties, and/or taxes incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning the package to us. We offer the option to pre-pay duties and taxes at checkout for certain countries, so you won't have to pay these fees upon delivery. However, please note that these fees are non-refundable. If you choose not to pre-pay, you'll be responsible for paying all applicable fees upon delivery. We cannot guarantee the cost of these fees, as they are determined by your local customs authority.

INVALID OR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS

If your package is returned to us due to an invalid or insufficient address, we'll need to charge you for reshipping the package. If you prefer not to have the package reshipped, we'll issue you a store credit for the order total, minus the shipping fee.

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost packages once they leave our warehouse. If your package is lost, please contact the courier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL) directly to file a missing package claim.
